At 22 I found myself far from my NJ roots, falling in love with working sun up to sun down in Thai rice fields. I had found the song of my heart and had never felt so real. Back state-side I realized quickly that there was a huge disconnect between what farms were selling and how people ate. Between the value of farm products and the way they looked. Between the precious artisan way of doing things and any sort of sane existence! So for the past ten years I’ve worked to help bridge these gaps. Because our ability to maintain this movement depends on keeping these products somewhat affordable & definitely profitable. Yes, both. So let’s get to it.
